3. API Keys and Data

Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for:

• All activities that occur using your API keys
• Ensuring you have permission to validate any API keys you submit
• Compliance with the terms of service of the platform whose keys you're validating

4. Rate Limits and Fair Use

To ensure fair access for all users, we implement the following limits:

• Rate Limit: 100 validation requests per minute per IP address
• Fair Use: Reasonable usage for legitimate validation purposes
• Abuse Prevention: We may temporarily block IPs showing abusive patterns

We reserve the right to modify rate limits and implement additional restrictions to prevent abuse and ensure service availability for all users.

5. Disclaimers and Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We make no guarantees about:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• The availability of specific platforms for validation
• Compatibility with all API key formats

While we strive for 99.9% uptime and accurate results, we cannot guarantee perfect reliability due to factors beyond our control, including third-party API availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, API CHECKERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or errors
• Unauthorized access to or use of your API keys
• Third-party actions or services

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by API Checkers and protected by intellectual property laws.
